2. Potranno essere rimborsati solo prezzi online per prenotazioni massime di 9 persone.

3. La richiesta deve essere basata su prenotazioni con le stesse caratteristiche: di hotel, di durata, di tasse e diritti.

4. La tariffa con il prezzo più basso deve essere disponibile online e immediatamente visualizzabile.

5. Sono escluse: offerte speciali, promozionali e prezzi contrattuali.

6. Le richieste devono essere effettuate al momento della prenotazione o entro le 24 ore successive alla prenotazione con www.bookingbeds.it e la tariffa da confrontare deve essere disponibile al momento della richiesta all'email: marketing@beverlyvacanze.it

7. Le richieste devono comprendere: il numero di conferma www.bookingbeds.it, il nome del Tour Operator o Provider, l'indirizzo internet, le date di prenotazione, l'Hotel richiesto.

8. Tutte le informazioni devono essere fornite al momento della richiesta di rimborso.

9. www.bookingbeds.it deve verificare la richiesta, per questo il prezzo deve essere disponibile su internet altrimenti la richiesta sarà invalidata.

10. Qualora la richiesta abbia successo, la differenza di prezzo tra la tariffa di www.bookingbeds.it e l'altra sarà processata entro 3 giorni. Per le prenotazioni che non sono state ancora pagate, www.bookingbeds.it  effettuerà il ribasso della tariffa.

11. La cifra da rimborsare sarà accreditata sulla carta di credito utilizzata per la prenotazione o rimborsata con bonifico.

12. www.bookingbeds.it si riserva il diritto di modificare o sospendere questa offerta in ogni momento, segnalandolo almeno 24 ore prima su www.bookingbeds.it

Getting a Refund

If you find a lower rate hotel or apartment within 24 hours of making and paying for the booking we will investigate and, if applicable, issue you with the refund for the difference. In order to make a claim, the customer must satisfy the following;

• The refund must be claimed within 24 hours of the time of booking and at least 72 hours prior to the date of the first night's stay.
• The claim must be based on a like for like comparison of the same room type, occupancy, board basis, hotel/apartment and services as those offered by www.bookingbeds.it (e.g. inclusive of taxes and services) and be for the same dates as actually booked. This only applies to websites in the USA, GB, SPAIN and ITALY.
• The accommodation at the lower price must be available, rooms on request are excluded.
• Only prices from online travel retailers who are bonded (ITAA, ABTA, ASTA, IATA or equivalent) will be matched
• www.bookingbeds.it must verify the claim to their reasonable satisfaction.
• The accommodation at the lower price must be offered in the same currency as the booking with www.bookingbeds.it.
• The accommodation at the lower price must not be a discounted due to frequent flyer mileage credits, a promotional price or part of a package.
• This Policy does not apply to bookings for groups of more than nine (9) people.

Submitting a Price Match

To submit a price match claim please send an e-mail to  marketing@beverlyvacanze.it  with the following information:

1. Your www.bookingbeds.it booking reference number.
2. Company name and web address of other online retailer
3. Price offered by other online retailer.

We will review your request and contact you via e-mail within 3 business day. If you are eligible for a price refund we will credit the card used to make the booking.
